President
For more than twenty years, Matt Sitra has taken his passion and knowledge in home building to create some of the finest, luxury homes in the Austin real estate market.
Matt translates his client’s wishes into stunning one-of-a kind retreats. Matt’s award-winning designs are rooted in the lessons he learned during many years of successful industry experience.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in business from The University of Texas, Matt joined a production home builder in Austin. While there, he was the company’s top-producing superintendent for three straight years. Since 2000, Matt has completed numerous construction and custom home projects, both large and small, in the Austin area.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys being with his family and engaging in a long list of sporting activities that includes golfing, hunting and fishing.

Project Manager
Glenn Herrick has been with Matt Sitra Custom Homes as a superintendent since 2008. Glenn brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table. His attention to detail, eye for quality and ability to interact with different trades are just a few of his valuable strengths. Glenn takes great pride in his work and is committed to producing the finest quality product with integrity.
His interest in building and construction led to him to a career in carpentry. Glenn developed his eye for accuracy while working as a machinist and as a welder. He later began working for a New England homebuilder who specialized in Colonial reproductions. Glenn also trained for several years under the careful tutelage of a master craftsman.
A transplanted Texan, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family and he loves a great tennis match. He is an avid sports fan and supports the Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots and his newly adopted Texas Longhorns.

Project Manager
Born in Austin TX, Jeff grew up in Wimberley as a son of a custom home builder. Jeff studied Construction Management at Sam Houston State University, and after college Jeff went to work as a project manager for his father’s company that is now headquartered in Fredericksburg TX. There Jeff spent nearly 8 years running high-end custom home projects throughout the hill country.
In June 2019, Jeff moved to Lakeway and joined the team at Matt Sitra Custom Homes. He married his wife Emily in 2020 & they soon after bought their first home in Lakeway where they live today with their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Beau. Jeff has over 12 years of experience in project managing large-scale, multi-million dollar homes throughout the Texas hill country. Jeff has a natural understanding of building and providing true value & satisfaction to the customer.

Office Manager
Patricia was born in Austin, TX, and grew up on the outskirts of Elgin, TX. This is where you would often find her riding her horses after school and competing in barrel races on the weekends. Her passion for the construction industry developed at an early age through her father, who is an electrical contractor. He taught her the ins and outs of the electrical and home-building business.
She graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in animal science in 2016. In July 2020, I moved to Lakeway, TX, and started working as the office manager for Matt Sitra Custom Homes. I enjoy my weekends traveling to visit family and friends with my dog Lizzie, who makes an occasional appearance at the office. Growing up surrounded by the electrical business has aided in my ability to help with the communication lines between our contractors and the understanding of the home building business.
